Working Well: Strengthening the Internal Capacity to Lead
About this Event
Leadership today requires more than strategy — it requires capacity.
Join NAWBO Southern Nevada for the launch of Working Well, a leadership series designed to strengthen the internal conditions that support effective leadership: clarity, energy, emotional regulation, and purpose.
This opening session explores the real causes of burnout and introduces a new leadership model rooted in awareness, recovery, and sustainable performance.
This is a series running throughout 2026 (June, September, December). Attend individually or register for the full series.
