As the festive season approaches, we want to take a moment to wish you a Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year 🎉! We hope your holiday season is filled with joy, laughter, and all your favorite treats 🍪☕.

Now, as we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to invite you to our next Working Together Group Co-Production Workshop on Monday, 13th January 2025. This session promises to be a fantastic opportunity to share your ideas and insights as we continue shaping Adult Social Care (ASC) in Lewisham.

• Date: Monday, 13th January 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Location: Ladywell Day Centre, Lewisham

🖥️ ASC Webpage Redesign:

• We’ll share findings from the card-sorting activity on the 13 webpage tiles and discuss the next steps for refining content and improving usability.
• Join us as we recruit volunteers to help craft narratives and ensure the pages meet community needs.

🔄 Healthwatch Feedback:

• In our last session, we discussed the Healthwatch 360 Feedback Questions, designed to gather insights from ASC users about their experiences.
• You shared that while yes/no questions are accessible, open-ended questions provide richer insights. This session will focus on:
• • Refining the balance between question types.
  • Ensuring inclusivity for individuals with diverse needs.
  • Planning a collaborative session with Healthwatch, ASC, and volunteers to finalize the updated questions.

🤝 Carer Support Projects:

• Hear about proposed ideas to better support unpaid carers, including respite and acknowledgment strategies.
• Share your thoughts and explore how you can help bring these plans to life.

💡 Befriending Proposal:

• Discover a new initiative to build connections and reduce isolation within the community.
• Provide feedback and help shape this project’s future.

🗣️ Open Floor for New Ideas:

• Got a vision for something new? Let’s brainstorm together and explore how we can make it happen!

This will be an engaging, collaborative session where we’ll break into smaller groups to focus on specific projects. Whether you want to contribute your creativity, experience, or ideas, there’s a place for you at the table.
