Are you grieving the loss of your spouse, child, friend, grandparent, sibling or other loved one? This is a facilitated, six-week supportive program for those who have experienced loss. It is held every Thursday from 5:30 - 7 p.m. in the Foundation Room at Emplify Health by Gundersen Friendship. Registration is required.The program will provide a safe, supportive space for participants to share and exchange thoughts as desired. Participants may discuss common experiences, discover ways to cope and will connect with others who are going through similar challenges.

The program is sponsored by Emplify Health by Gundersen Friendship Hospital and Aging and Disability Services, Adams County Health & Human Services.
