About this Event
Working Parents Co-Design Session
Designing a better way to work with young kids nearby
Working with a baby or toddler is hard and most spaces weren’t designed with parents in mind.
This free, in-person Working Parents Co-Design Session brings together parents of babies and toddlers for an honest, thoughtful conversation about work, care, flexibility, and community. Before anything is built or launched, this session is about listening, sharing lived experiences, and imagining what a better shared space could look like.
This is not a sales event and nothing is being launched. It’s a community-centered discussion designed to learn directly from parents.
What to expect
- Guided small-group conversations with other parents
- Light snacks and coffee
- On-site caregiver support during the session so parents can focus and participate
- Creative activities for kids as parents are engaged
- A calm, welcoming environment centered on real parent experiences
Parents will remain nearby at all times. This is not a childcare drop-off.
Who this is for
- Parents of babies and toddlers
- Parents who work remotely, freelance, run a business, or are navigating flexible work
- Caregivers who want to contribute to shaping more supportive spaces for families
Why attend
Your input will directly shape what happens next. This session is about surfacing real needs, real challenges (yes, including nap schedules), and real opportunities — together.
