Back by popular demand the Working Hours, Shift & Fatigue Conference is a full-day event presented by the ANMF (Vic Branch) on Friday 5 August 2022.

Find out how working hours, shifts and fatigue affect the health and safety of nurses, midwives, carers and patients in this integral one-day conference.

We've united some of Australia's top fatigue specialists to give you the facts on healthy management of shift work and fatigue. You will leave this conference with practical strategies for reducing the impact of shift work and fatigue.

This conference is aimed nurses, midwives, carers and healthcare professionals across all levels.

The Working Hours, Shifts & Fatigue Conference attracts up to six hours of CPD, as required by the NMBA for registration renewal.

Refund policy:

By registering for this conference, you are agreeing to the ANMF (Vic Branch) refund policy:

(a) 10% administrative fee levied on all participants who cancel

(b) 14 days or more notification - full refund (i.e. 90%)

(c) seven days or more notification - 70% refund

(d) less than seven days notification - 25% refund


Catering:

Yes, the conference is catered. Please ensure you list your dietary requirement/s on your registration form so we can endeavour as much as reasonably practicable to cater for the requirement.

Public transport:

Melbourne Central railway station is a short walk or tram ride to 535 Elizabeth street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Tram Routes 19, 57 and 59 travels along Elizabeth Street and the trams all stop outside Queen Victoria Market.

Parking:

There is two hour paid street parking located on Elizabeth Street and at the rear of the venue on O’Connell Street. Additional secure paid all-day parking located can be at the Queen Victoria Market, the car park is open seven days a week between 5am-7pm and is accessible via Franklin or Queen Streets.
