Yes, salary matters (bills are real), but sometimes, not always, there’s more to work than pay.

This practical session introduces EVP (Employee Value Proposition), which helps you uncover what’s important to you and what might focus your decision-making around a new job or a new career.

In this workshop with (Founder, ), you’ll:

Understand what EVP is and how to use it in job decisions
Identify your motivators, non-negotiables, and deal-breakers
Map the kind of culture, values, and growth you’re looking for
Build a simple decision checklist for applications and interviews
Practise evaluating a job ad/company page through an EVP lens

About the facilitator:Joe Morrison, Founder of CHEER At Work, has a goal to positively impact 100,000 people on his mission to help people find happiness at work.

He’s Campaigning for Happiness, Employee Engagement, and Results – or CHEER – at work. He has 13 years' experience working with talent, both for agencies and companies, from junior to executive level hiring.
