In partnership with the American Association of University Women (AAUW), YWCA Greater Pittsburgh is hosting Work Smart trainings to empower individuals and build opportunities for economic advancement.Learn how to research your target salary, highlight accomplishments, and find the right words—and the confidence—to negotiate for better benefits and pay. Whether you have an upcoming performance review or are interviewing for a brand-new role, the skills you’ll learn are widely applicable.

The workshops are open to everyone and may be especially valuable to those who often lack access to negotiation resources and/or institutional knowledge; older and younger workers, LGBTQ+ workers, women, BIPOC workers, mothers, caregivers, veterans, and individuals with disabilities may find extra value in attending.
