About this Event
Calling all girls who love dance, music and self-expression and want to have fun while learning positive mindset and team-building skills!
Join us for our FREE WORK IT GIRL WINTER TRIAL CLASS
WORK IT Girl offers confidence-boosting leadership and dance programs for young girls. We believe that every girl can be a leader and envision a world where every girl is proud of who they are, fearlessly following their passions, and take pride in lifting others up.
During the trial, girls grades 1-3 will experience our signature leadership and dance class that has transformed girls from the inside out.
What to expect:
- A supportive and non-judgmental environment to dance, express, and try new things.
- Fun warm-ups, a powerful mindset story, and a creative dance routine taught by dynamic instructors!
- No dance experience? No problem! Everyone is welcome.
This trial class will introduce our 10-Week Spring Program (April 8 - June 10) where girls will learn a high-energy dance routine while mastering important mindset skills, including:
- using positive self-talk
- stretching outside of your comfort zone
- honouring your uniqueness
- managing mistakes
