Every Monday during "Words I've Never Said", join us at Connect Gallery for open discussions about mental health amongst men from the community. This is a safe space for exploration of emotions and mental health challenges, so we ask all attendees to be respectful of each others beliefs, vulenerabilities, and opinions.

Over the course of 5 weeks we will cover a different topic every week in the following order:

4/28 Week 2: Emotional Awareness & Coping Skills

5/5 Week 3: Relationships & Communication

5/12 Week 4: Financial & Career Stress

5/19 Week 5: Growth & Moving Forward

You can RSVP for all sessions or individual sessions, but please cancel your RSVP if you can no longer show up so that we can provide space for others who need it.
