About this Event

Anthony Bartley is a multidisciplinary artist with a focus on painting. Following a mental health crisis during his freshman year of college, Anthony began using art as a form of therapy and visual journaling. It would take several years after this for him to realize that through sharing his art he could help others feel seen and help their mental well-being as well. Drawing on stylistic inspiration cartoons and anime from his childhood, Anthony uses illustrated characters and humor to create approachable images for the discussion of mental health issues and negative emotions. Words I've Never Said is his first solo exhibition.

Raised in a suburb on the east side of St. Louis photographer, editor, and director creates work that draws from the lives of creatives who showcase their work on social media platforms around the world. The 24 year old earned her Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Spanish minor while also expanding her network in the Chicago area. The BIP network of creatives has grown to cities such as New York, Los Angeles, and Atlanta.
"BetterinPrint by han” is a carefully curated, documentary style coffee table book series that records conversations with artists across genres. “BetterinPrint” lives as an antagonist to fast consumption offering the experience of holding art instead of scrolling through it. Through the lens of film photography, han preserves and elevates the style, story, and passion of each creative. The series invites readers to immerse themselves in the tangible beauty of a soft touch cover, the warmth of a film photograph and depth of a story captured on paper.
