Join us for 'Words in Bloom: A Literacy Celebration' where we will gather to honor and commemorate Dr. Opal Lee, the grandmother of Juneteenth, and celebrate our collective strides toward a more equitable future.
Reading Partners has been a part of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) educational landscape since 2012, when we launched our program at two elementary schools in Dallas ISD, serving 80 students.
Since then, we’ve placed thousands of community volunteers in systemically disadvantaged school communities to help kids master basic reading skills.
Our one-on-one tutoring model empowers students to succeed in reading and in life by engaging community volunteers to provide individualized, personal attention to each student in our program.
