WORDAFUL Women Presents: A Workshop for Deep Self-Care

Join us for a feel-good evening of real connection, slowing down, and taking care of yourself from the inside out. We’ll explore simple practices that help calm your nervous system, listen deeply to the conversation unfolding between your heart and your body, and honor what your inner voice has been trying to tell you.

Please give yourself time to find parking and for check in. Event will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Limited seating is available.

Parking: Street parking is highly encouraged on Masselin and surrounding streets.

LAZ parking garage is available for $24 next door.
