HERE’S SOME ESSENTIAL INFO:
LAST ENTRY: 8PM
This event WILL take place in inclement weather. If this is the case please adjust clothing to suit.
There’s no such thing as bad weather just the wrong clothes!
We’ve hosted festivals in sunshine and also in severe rain and both have been equally spectacular.
Please DO NOT buy a ticket if you think you’d NOT attend if it rains!
CAN I BRING IN ALCOHOL?
You are welcome to bring a moderate amount of alcohol with you, which we have defined as four cans of beer or cider, or 75cl of wine (in a bag or plastic bottle as no glass is permitted) or four cans of combined spirit and mixer per adult. Please do not bring any excess alcohol to the site as you will be asked to dispose of it before entering and will be refused admission.
Please note that glass of any kind is not allowed, including bottles of wine and beer. If you are bringing a bottle of wine, please decant this into a plastic container. All drinks must be in plastic or cans and please use plastic to drink from as opposed to glass that can easily break.
Please note, our security staff reserve the right to ask you to empty your pockets should they suspect you are carrying a prohibited item
𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐂𝐎𝐃𝐄:
The emphasis for the whole day is Summer/Smart/Glam Festival Chic.
A lot is weather dependent of course and will update in due course.
𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐑.
NO GYM/AIR MAX STYLE Trainers.
NO Sports branded hoodies/Caps are allowed.
Smart pumps/Trainers + Smart tailoured Summer Shorts are allowed of course. Please adhere to the dress code or you will refused entry to the festival.
NO PHONES IN THE DANCE AREA?
Please also keep in mind we’ll be operating our NO PHONES on dance floor rule on this festival. Whilst social media is a huge part of our life right now we are putting the emphasis on ‘Living in the moment’ to euphoric atmosphere. Of course it’s fine to take pics and record but please just do this from the periphery of the main dance area.
WHAT IS A VIP GAZEBO?
If you’re celebrating a special occasion, or would like your own private space for these concerts, why not book a VIP Gazebo? Bring your own picnic and we’ll provide a 3m x 3m gazebo plus private grass space, 6ft trestle table and 6 Trentham deckchairs all located within the premium seating area with an elevated view across the lake. The cost is £75* per gazebo for this event, in addition to event tickets. So just to confirm it’s £75 for the gazebo space then you still need individual standard tickets for the festival.
If you are looking to hire a gazebo, you must purchase at the same time as your concert tickets as they sell out very quickly and we cannot add the gazebo onto your booking at a later date. Gazebos are only available via Skiddle and cannot be bought onsite.
CAN I BRING MY OWN GAZEBO?
Personal tents, windbreaks and visitors own gazebos are not permitted at this festival site.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Festival guests are able to park at The Trentham Estate at the main entrance. Please follow the road around to the left once you turn into the Estate where you will be directed by marshals. Entry will not be permitted from the South Entrance. Please note: Camper vans and camping are not permitted overnight anywhere on the Trentham Estate.
WHERE CAN I BE DROPPED OFF?
There will be a drop off/taxi point located on the main car park.
CAN I BRING AN UMBRELLA?
You are permitted to bring a personal, compact umbrella that would fit into a handbag.
We do not permit, large umbrellas or those with spikes including but not limited -remove parasols, fishing, or golfing umbrellas)
CAN I GET THERE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
Yes. The nearest train station is Stoke-on-Trent, which is approximately 4 miles from The Trentham Estate. Stafford Station is approximately 12 miles from The Trentham Estate. Buses and Taxis are readily available at both stations. You can also get to us on bus from Hanley Bus Station and Stafford Town Centre.
CAN I BRING SOMETHING TO SIT ON?
Feel free to bring a foldable picnic chair or blanket to sit on, but please be aware, the audience may choose to stand throughout the event in any part of the arena. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY CHAIRS OR BLANKETS IN THE DANCE AREA.
You cannot claim a spot with blankets and chairs and leave it unattended. Seating is in the open air on variable ground conditions so please ensure you bring appropriate provision for your needs.
Please note that apart from the VIP gazebo, no seats are provided by Trentham.
Items including but not limited to, tents, gazebos, awnings, trollies, hammocks, tables, umbrellas* or canopies or any item which could obscure other visitor’s views, are not permitted.
