Worcester Wellbeing Walk for Autistic Adults

Welcome to the Wellbeing Walk for Autistic Adults!

Join us for our Wellbeing Walk for Autistic Adults living in Herefordshire and Worcestershire at Worcester Woods. A perfect opportunity to meet other autistic adults, talk to staff from Autism West Midlands and enjoy nature in a calm and relaxing setting. There is no expectation to talk or socialise and you are welcome to bring along a camera to take some pictures of the scenery or binoculars to look for wildlife.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate the participation of children under the age of 16 for this event.

Our walk is scheduled from 11am until 1pm, however we will not always walk for the entire 2 hour period. Should the walk finish early you are welcome to make use of the small cafe at Worcester Woods, however, staff will not remain with you during this time.

Worcester Woods can be easily accessed by public transport and car. There is free parking on site as well as a small café and toilets. An Autism Specialist Advisor will be leading the session and be able to provide information advice and signposting to services if needed.

Please note our advisors wear AWM lanyards, we usually meet by the silver tables outside the cafe, and have a small A4 sign displaying 'AWM' with our logo.
