Woolton Christmas Light Switch On 2024

Liverpool’s biggest Christmas tree light switch-on event is back.

With great entertainment, live music stage and Santas grotto - you won’t find any better light switch-on in Liverpool.

It all kicks off from 1.30pm. With the lights going on as it starts to get dark.

This year we have some fantastic support from various performers including the return of the choir ‘Sing Our Socks Off’, students from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, the fantastic singer Kahli Morris who has supported us for the past few years, a visit from Liverpool’s Lord Mayor and of course an appearance from Santa himself.

It is brilliant that we are getting so much support for this year’s event from all of these performers, and we would be so grateful if local people could in turn support them, especially those who are starting out and have kindly agreed to come along, by turning up to the event as early as possible. This is set to be a great family afternoon to get us all ready for the festive season. PERFORMANCES START AT 1.30 p.m.
