Event Description -
Join us for a unique air plant home workshop. In this class, you will create 2 of your very own, one of a kind, air plant homes (supplies include two gold hoops, 6 feet of merino wool roving, glue + scissors). You also will get 1 free airplant from B.Willow! We will also cover insightful knowledge on air plants and how to care for them in their new home. PS - this workshop normally sells out! Reserve your tickets ASAP!
Tickets are $45 and includes 1 free airplant. Only 10 spots available. All participants will receive a 15% off coupon to B.Willow.
Feel free to BYOB, this workshop will be held in our private studio space upstairs.
About Tarah -
Working with all natural materials, Tarah Boyd has found herself immersed in the fiber art world, pulling inspiration from nature and motherhood. Her fiber niche includes macrame and weaving with a greater focus on conceptual and abstract soft sculpture. With decades of experience in the art world, Tarah has been teaching fiber art for 5 years at various locations in the DMV area. Tarah's art work has been recognized and published in printings such as Baltimore Magazine and The Howard County Times. When she is not creating, you can find Tarah spending time with her family, hiking trails with friends or jamming out to indie-folk or chillhouse music.
