Join us at Okines Community House this school holidays for a joyful family picnic concert and bush dance in the garden — original songs, playful storytelling, cheeky puppets, colourful ukuleles, and maybe even a sneaky bush dance to finish… so comfy shoes (or cowboy boots!) are encouraged.
Following a sell out show 9 years ago at Okines, join beloved children’s entertainer Woody Clark (Woody’s World) and award-winning cabaret artist Miss Friby for a relaxed, welcoming afternoon of live music, laughter, and community connection. Designed for kids, parents, grandparents, and everyone in between, this is a show where families can settle in, sing along, and share the joy together.
The event begins with a family-friendly concert featuring original Aussie-inspired songs, puppetry, and audience participation, before shifting into a fun, inclusive bush dance that gets all ages moving — no experience required.
The show starts at 11:30am so come a bit earlier bring a picnic rug or chairs, and some snacks for lunch and enjoy the friendly community vibe, and be part of a day that celebrates music, movement, and togetherness.

In order to keep this event affordable for all, we encourage you to please choose to pay a ticket price that suits your budget.
With minimum ticket prices being $5 kids / $10 adults / $15 concession adults, paying even $5-$10 more helps cover touring and artist costs for this event.
