This class is an introduction to bowl turning with carbide tools amplifying the skills gained in WOODTURNING 101. You will learn the necessary skills to successfully create a small finished bowl that you will proudly take home with you. All course materials, safety equipment, tools, and finishes are supplied.

2. Types of bowls - a discussion of wood grain direction in bowl turning.
3. Wood Selection - for bowl turning, what to look for, what to avoid.
4. Bowl blank preparation, and mounting techniques for success.
5. Turning techniques and turning practice.

** This is not an entry level class for beginning woodturners. This is a skills based class requiring previous successful completion of Woodturning 101**
Class Size: 3 (2 minimum ) 1 5 hour class
Individual follow up can be separately scheduled for members.
