WoodmenLife FL Senior Weekend 2026 - St. Augustine, FL
About this Event
Please join us for a fun-filled weekend with your WoodmenLife family and friends. WoodmenLife members age 55+ and their guest will meet in Saint Augustine October 2-4, 2026. Hotel Check-in and Event Registration will begin at 3:00pm at the Doubletree By Hilton Saint Augustine, FL located at San Marco Ave., St. Augustine, FL 32084, USA.
We will have games and prizes up for grabs as well as a meal Friday night at the hotel. Saturday we will start with breakfast at the hotel then have a day to explore in St. Augustine complete with a hop-on, hop-off trolley pass. That night we will meet back at the hotel for an evening meal and musical entertainment! Sunday we will eat breakfast before we check out from the hotel and travel home. We are looking forward to spending the weekend with you all, so we hope you can join us!
Members pay $250, Non-Member Guest pay $350. Limited availability, first come/first served, one guest per member, pricing based on double occupancy, single member rate is $400 per member. Transportation to the event is not provided. This event is for WoodmenLife Senior Members - Aged 55+, not children.
Each attendee must be registered with their own unique information. If tickets sell out, please add your name to the waitlist. Each individual attendee will need to be added to the waitlist. If we are able to allow more spots, or if people cancel, we will contact the people on the waitlist in order.
The EventBrite site is merely used for registration and to reserve your spot. This is not a free event. Once you reserve your spot, you must send payment by check or money order made payable to WoodmenLife and mail to the WoodmenLife Florida Regional Office located at 3051 Highland Oaks Terrace, Ste. 2, Tallahassee, FL 32301 no later than 8-29-26. Please indicate your name and guest's name on your check. Payment must be received by 9-4-26.
