Community Health & Wellbeing Drop-In
Thursday 12th February | 3-4pm
Woodlands Care Centre
As winter continues, Woodlands Care Centre is hosting a Winter Check-Up event focused on supporting the health and wellbeing of older people in the community.
Delivered in collaboration with CHAPS, Healthwatch, the Police and Fire Service, this drop-in event offers practical advice, wellbeing checks and guidance on staying safe, warm and well throughout the colder months.
Open to members of the local community, healthcare professionals, families and care seekers, the event provides an opportunity to access support, ask questions and learn more about services available during winter.
