Set in beautiful woodland, an amazing treat for the nervous system and senses awaits. Beautiful sunsets, moons and occasional visits from curious wildlife make for a deeply inspiring and magical time. With the backdrop of birdsong, breeze and the sound of a crackling fire, the instruments sound exquisite amongst the trees. Laying on the woodland floor has an incredibly powerful ‘earthing’ effect, which has been proven to lower blood pressure and boost the immune system.The session begins in the woodland with gentle chat and a guided meditation around the fire-pit. Feel yourself instantly soothed by the mesmerising flickering flames. We will then take to the ground with mats and blankets for a beautifully soothing sound immersion, followed by a hot drink and sweet treat for grounding before travelling home. If you are too rested and relaxed to travel home there is the option to camp on site for which separate booking details can be provided on enquiry.
This is a small group event, places are limited to maintain a connected space.
