Woodland Cacao Ceremony - Caduceus magic

Join us for a monthly Woodland Cacao ceremony - witchy style! This time, we focus our magic on 2 symbols - The Ankh & Caduceus... the first representing Life & union of masculine and feminie, and second represents twin serpents entwined over Hermes' wand that creates the energy of Healing!

What happens?

As always, we gather all attendees by entrance to woods, go into our ritual area and build the altar and set up cooker & cacao pots. While its heating up, we create sacred space, using sage smudging, bells, drums, casting a magic circle, and calling on local totemic animal spirits to protect us during the ceremony. We perform some chants and circle dance around the heating Cacao to imbue it with energies. A new addition is each person adding a teaspoon of Ceremonial grade ( home-ground) Cacao powder into the heated milk (vegan friendly). Each person also takes turn to stirr the cacao in with their intentions.

Once this energy work is done, you can help your self to a full cup of Cacao, set personal intentions and drink it quietly. Facilitators will then come to each person and use heart-frequency Singing bowl to activate your heart chakras. Following this participants lie down on the ground while folllowing a guided Journey (or story telling), as they give time for Cacao to work.

We finish the Ceremony with some specific Ankh-Caduceus magic (details on the day. all items provided). Participants stay a while to chat and share thoughts, before packing up to depart.

*We are using Ceremonial Grade Cacao, grown by the Ashaninka Tribe in Peru. The raw Cacao cubes are carefully grounded into powder at home in a clean envoronment and brought to ritual. We use Oat milk to be vegan friendly *

A Note on Cacao drinking in a ritual circle. It is an old tribal practice that works gently in heartcentre and energy openings in people. It takes time to work. It's effects are subtle, and can include a good feeling of wellness, connection, love, gratitude, mindfullness, positivity. So starting with groundedness, stillness, and balance is importrant in order to feel its effects.

Venue: Queen's Wood (nearest Tube: High Gate). This ceremony is held in a public woods, in the evening, in natural weather conditions , So please do come fully prepared as follows!--

• Mani (Facilittor) will meet & collect you, and lead all attendees into the woods, to a chosen ritual space, where the Cacao ceremony will commence.

What to bring: --------

Essential

• Torch light for safe walking in woods at night.
• Extra warm clothing, blanket to cover (for Journey time),
• rain-coat, good outdoor shoes or boots, ankle covered socks!
• Small ground sheet, cushion or blanket to sit/ lay on.

Optional-

• Drums, rattles, percursion musical instruments
• Note books
• Lanterns / candles
• your own crystals & talismans to keep with you for journey.
• Your own Cup to drink Cacao from. (we provide reusuable cups).

About the Organiser :Mani is an author, teacher, initiated Witch & High Priest, with 30yrs of Wicca & magical experiences. Since 2004, he has been working more and more in Woods, with rituals, covens and workshop. Mani has a Physics B.Sc degree, training in Transpersonal Psychology & counselling, and blends some Hindu & Shamanic practices into pagan rituals.

Info: Organiser will meet you on road, by entrance to Queen's woods and walk you in as a group to ritual spot.

Info: An Altar is created with bannerts, candles, incense, etc by a tree trunk, and decorated with any god godess figurines. Team members also heat up the soya milk in pot and mix cacao and prepare the drink.

Info: Sage smudging of all attendees; then visialise sacred space, invoke elemental guardians & Totem spirit animals at 4 quarters

Info: We use drums and chants while moving, dancing around the cacao pot to charge it with positive vibes

Info: Each person holds their cacao drink cup, makes silent intentions (magical ) and sips their Cacao. This is done calmly and in silence.

Info: Attendees stand, as facilitator comes with Heart frequency singing bowl and ring near your heart area for heart opening

Info: Story of Ix acaco or other myths are read out, as each person slowly relaxes. This is followd by some relevant guided pathworking for your inner journeys

Info: We sit up , close personal energy centres; make notes; offer or share any experiences ; There will be some picnic food shared for groundig; then tidy up and departures.
