We'll be cooking delicious 1855 Dry Aged NY strips* in our wood fired ovens to bring you an experience like never before at Pizaro's. Think Peter Luger without the plane ticket to NYC. Trust us, you won't leave hungry!
*Steaks are aged in-house by Bayou Butchers for 35 days.
5-course Menu:
- Glass of wine/ beer
- Woodfired bread served with housemade butter
- Seasonal salad- roasted beets over greens with a lemon oil and whipped goat cheese
- 12 oz NY Strip with butter and optional add-ons (please select at check out):
-parmesan crusted
-fresh shaved truffle
- Side of mashed potatoes
- Side of roasted vegetables
- Slice of NY Cheesecake with mixed berry compote
