Wooden Quilt 3 Day Workshop @TheFoundry

Learn to craft a beautiful wood quilt in this hands-on workshop. Perfect for students who have successfully completed the Woodshop Safety course, this workshop teaches the basics of building wood quilt designs.

Tools Used

Throughout the course, students will become proficient in the use of essential woodworking tools including the table saw, router, sander, and veneer press.

Join us as we embark on a journey of creativity and craftsmanship. After this class you’ll be able to make your own patterns, and the world is your oyster!

Project Details

Students will have the opportunity to choose from three different patterns, each offering a unique aesthetic appeal. Additionally, personalization is encouraged, allowing students to showcase their individual style by selecting different wood species and experimenting with various edge treatments.

Finished Product

Crafted with care, the final masterpiece will measure 18 inches square and have a thickness of 1 inch.

This class needs to meet the minimum enrollment in order to run. Participants will be notified of cancellation the Monday prior to the class if needed. In case of cancellation, participants can choose another scheduled date if available or request a refund.
