This workshop will inform new and existing real estate agents on the importance of understanding the process of a Georgia Wood Infestation Inspection Report and Termite Retreat and/or Repair Guarantee.

Course Objectives:

1) Educate new and existing real estate agents on exactly what a wood infestation inspection report entails.

2) Help new and existing real estate agents protect their clients from great financial loss.

3) Assist new and existing real estate agents in understanding the difference in termite bonds.

4) Review images of wood destroying organisms which is what a wood infestation inspection report covers.
