Skilled Carver and Sculptor Marcus Tatton and Medince Drum Maker and Circle / Space holder Sharlene ( Shaah) invite you to share in a weekend of connection and Creativity.We will be sharing, Carving and weaving magic.
One option is to carve your way through the weekend, both Saturday and Sunday.
or connect with your Heart Beat ... weave your way through the Sunday and make your own Medicine Drum.
Alternatively, if you would like the absolute best of both worlds, come and immerse in both days with Wood Carving on the Saturday and Medicine Drum Making on the sunday...
Perhaps you have a symbol you might like to inscribe into the inside of your drum hoop or your drum beater...
Or perhaps with the gentle guidance and encouragement of Marcus ... a completely new creation may emerge from a favourite piece of wood or a lovely piece from Marcus's stash.
Then weave Love on Sunday as Shaah guides you in the process of making your Medicine drum.
a light lunch is provided both days, as are all materials and use of tools over the weekend. ( for carvers, please feel free to bring your own tools or favourite piece of wood if you prefer too).
