We are thrilled to offer 5 clinics in partnership with the Iowa Woo! The clinics are focused on teaching proper form and techniques to a set of exercises that young athletes can perform at home with minimal equipment. This way they can continue to improve right from your own yard! The AthleteSTRONG clinic is geared toward a multi-sport athlete or even a non-athlete. Each of the other programs is tailored to the movements of that individual sport's highest demands.-This clinic will take place on Wednesday, June 26th and Friday, June 28th at the Hippodrome in Waterloo.
-3rd-5th graders: 10am-Noon
-6th-8th graders: 8am-10am
