Wondery Hike Crew: Restorative Sound Bath

Join us on October 25th, from 6-8pm at Wondery Outdoors HQ for an evening of intentional movement and relaxation. As we kick off, Tiffany Wright @beinfinitetherapy—an esteemed Licensed Clinical Social Worker, renowned author, and dedicated outdoor enthusiast—will set a guiding intention for our gathering. We will begin at HQ to set intentions for the evening, and then we'll immerse ourselves in a rejuvenating hike. Upon our return, from 7-8pm, Tiffany will lead a soul-soothing sound bath session, guiding us into a deeper state of relaxation and connection (The sound bath will be donation based). Tiffany's vast experience and passion for holistic well-being promise an evening of heartfelt rejuvenation.
