An intimate POP UP, fine dining experience.
Masterfully prepared dishes by Chef Richardson. Your evening will include a delectable SEVEN COURSE tasting menu, and handcrafted signature cocktails, that will excite your palate.
Your courses will consist of:
* Five Appetizers
DRINK ME: (Yerba Mate), mint, orange peel, ginger, seasonal fruit.
EAT ME: (Moon Cookie)
BEER CHEESE PUMKIN SOUP: topped with crispy mushrooms
RICE PAPER SHELL SALAD: (mango, carrots, cucumber, purple cabbage, parsnips, fresh herbs) tossed in a carrot ginger sauce.
TEA PARTY FLIGHT: Mushroom Patty, Cheese paste, carrot sandwich, and Hibiscus balsamic jam with cheese puff.

RABBIT BALLOTINE: (Mushroom, onion, peppers, sun dried tomatoes,spinach, garlic: rabbit, heavy cream, salt, egg, butter) honey multicolored carrots, mushroom parsley sauce, carrot puree and lentils

BRAZILIAN CARROT CAKE with Carrot ginger ice-cream
