Join The Whitehorse City Council Environmental Education Team for an exciting adventure to find and photograph the fascinating wildlife that call our bushlands and wetlands home.The Environmental Education Team will bring along a special camera that allows us to inspect inside the hollows and what may be living inside them without disturbing the birds.
Following this we will look at some fascinating insects that inhabit the wetlands, lovingly called the Waterbugs. No expertise is required to participate - simply the interest in learning something new!
We will be meeting at the Heatherdale Reserve Bowling Club carpark, located off Heatherdale Road. Places are limited so bookings are essential.
