Wonder Woman - An evening devoted to the feminine

We will practice:​

• Opening our hearts
• Strengthening our sovereignty
• Embracing our bodies
• Celebrating our femininity
• Honouring our Divinity
• Stepping into our radiance

​Through the portal of breath work, meditation, sound, group-encounter, movement and embodiment exercises, we will meet ourselves and each other at depth. The space will be safe, beautiful, uplifting and enlivened, allowing us to connect, celebrate and grow each other.

In community, we will welcome all of who we are, challenge our thinking, and let go of all that no longer serves us.

We may laugh, we may cry, we may risk revealing ourselves. We will remember all of who we truly are.

During the evening you will experience your own uniquely personal peocess of self discovery within the group setting. The group will witness, inspire and celebrate you. Expect personal revelation, group connection and joyful aliveness.
