Womxnhouse 2024: A Day with Takeisha Jefferson

Come spend a day with Takeisha Jefferson at WOMXNHOUSE Detroit!

Join us for a workshop open to participants of all skill levels, featuring our Womxnhouse Artist, Takeisha Jefferson. On November 3rd, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a workshop, enjoy an artist talk, and have their portrait taken by this renowned artist!

10:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Workshop – "Planning Toward Your Goal"

• Introduction to the concept of planning toward art/life goals

• Interactive session on setting goals, creating a roadmap, and projecting timelines

12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Artist Talk – "Tucked Away" Installation

• Introduction and discussion of the installation and process

• Q&A session for deeper engagement

2:00 PM – 4:45 PM: Photo Sessions (10 sessions total)

• 10-minute portrait slots with a 5-minute buffer between each
