Join our Women's Wellness Workshop with Dr. Nicole Boyle of Wholehearted and Healthy Physical Therapy for an in-depth understanding of the pelvic floor!In this workshop, you’ll learn how Dr. Nicole is providing women of NW Iowa important healthcare services. Her mission with Wholehearted and Healthy is "...to help individuals feel healthy and whole, no matter what stage of life they are in. I help them become the CEO of their own health with healthy habits and simple, sustainable lifestyle changes."

• Gathering and learning in community to support women's health in NW Iowa.
• Meet Dr. Nicole Boyle and the resources she can offer women of all ages: pelvic floor health, pain management, exercising, diastasis recti, postpartum health, pregnancy, and much more!
