About this Event

Work Like A Girl is thrilled to announce our next South Florida event, hosted in partnership with Sol Haus.

To foster genuine relationships and true community, we are intentionally limiting this event to a small group of 30 women. This intimate setting ensures that you won't get lost in a crowd. Instead, you'll engage in meaningful, high-value interactions from the moment you walk through the door.

We’ve designed a guided speed-networking format that completely bypasses the dreaded "so what do you do?" corporate fluff. You’ll rotate through brief, prompt-led conversations, allowing you to meet almost everyone in the room without the anxiety of standing around solo.

Whether you’re looking for your next client, a new mentor, or simply a tight-knit local community of ambitious women, this room is built for you. Work Like a Girl (WLAG) is a community of women creating value for each other at work. Built on the powerful premise of women supporting women to drive genuine connection, career growth, and collective success, WLAG was founded by Erika Ayers Badan, former CEO of Barstool Sports and Food52. It is a trusted space where professional women bypass corporate fluff to lift one another up.

As our fast-growing South Florida chapter continues to expand, this upcoming event will bring together 30 women from across all career backgrounds and paths to build local community and find real career leverage in one another.
