Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, anxious, numb, or like you’re just going through the motions? Turning to quick hits of dopamine to get a break? In this busy world, it makes sense that you’re feeling this way. This is a normal body response to the environment we live in. In fact, the way you feel is your body’s ways of getting your attention, calling you inward to access more of your body’s safety and wisdom.
Come slow down with us and experience something different, the practice of somatic self-attunement. You will be guided to explore potent somatic practices that are supportive for listening to your body cues, authentic relating, deep connection, and gifting yourself nourishment and pleasure.
