The Women's Sharing Circle is a monthly gathering on or near the full moon with the intention of providing support and inspiration in a safe, sacred, and non-judgmental space. Share experiences and find encouragement among a community of women. Each month centers around a theme and may include journal prompts, guided meditation, and creative arts. The moon has long been associated with power for women, and traditionally full moons were considered a time to gather.
Everything shared in the circle is to be kept confidential, and all stories are welcome. Come as you are. Circles are led and guided by Allyson Roudybush, MSW, LCSW, CCTP. Ally is also a certified yoga instructor.
