Women’s Self-Defense Class for a Cause

Join us for a powerful, purpose-driven event that empowers women while raising funds for Underdog Rescue of Arizona — a local nonprofit saving at-risk dogs from neglect and the euthanasia list at the county shelters.

Led by two incredible instructors — including a Grappling World Champion and a certified martial arts instructor — this 60-minute class will focus on real-world, practical self-defense techniques every woman should know. You’ll leave feeling stronger, safer, and more confident.

Bonus: After the class, stick around to meet a few of our long-time adoptable dogs.
