On successfully completing this hands-on workshop, attendees will gain practical self-defense techniques, real-world situational awareness skills, verbal boundary-setting strategies, and beginner-friendly martial arts training designed to build confidence and physical readiness in everyday situations.
This powerful 2-hour interactive experience teaches participants how to respond instead of freeze, move with awareness instead of anxiety, and protect themselves with calm, controlled skill.
While this workshop is designed especially for women who have experienced harassment or uncomfortable threats, men are welcome to attend and learn alongside us in a respectful, supportive environment.

You will practice hands-on techniques, confidence-building drills, and martial arts-based movements that strengthen both mindset and body.

This workshop was born from a life-changing moment.
When Suzanne’s 15-year-old granddaughter called her mother because a man was following her home from school — and he only walked away after realizing he could be identified — something shifted deeply within her.
That moment brought back Suzanne’s own experiences growing up… moments of fear and vulnerability she had buried for years.
She realized that no woman — no child — should ever feel unprepared in a dangerous situation.
From that day forward, Suzanne made it her mission through Stunning Angels to educate, equip, and empower women with practical tools, real-world training, and the confidence to protect themselves and their loved ones.
