Come and create a community of women supporting each other to nurture themselves and take time for self care. In our first circle we will be looking at what is self care and why it’s important, what it means for you and why you might not do it! We will spend some time to just think about our needs and maybe pull some affirmation cards to inspire us for the month ahead.
