Nicole is a Certified Reiki Master and Breathwork Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Psychology, specializing in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Integrative Health Studies, graduating in December 2025! She is passionate about helping others, offering Reiki and Breathwork sessions to balance energy, reduce stress, and promote holistic healing of the body, mind, and soul. With her compassionate approach and dedication to integrative wellness, she creates a nurturing space for transformation and self-discovery

Lily Nakagawa
Certified Yoga Instructor
Lily is a certified yoga teacher and dedicated student pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science at California State University, Monterey Bay, including an enriching exchange semester in Auckland, New Zealand. Through her yoga practice, Lily has discovered profound physical and mental awareness. She is passionate about guiding her students on their own journeys of growth and self-discovery. Lily’s teaching focuses on mindfulness inviting students to connect deeply with their bodies, minds, and inner potential.
Jacqueline Cooke-Morton
Certified Women’s Transformational Facilitator/Integrative Health Practitioner
Jacqueline Cooke-Morton is a certified women’s transformational facilitator, Priestess of the Rose lineage, and integrative health practitioner. With a warm and welcoming presence, she specializes in creating sacred, supportive spaces for women to reconnect with their feminine essence and explore the transformative power of authenticity. Jacqueline weaves ceremony, movement, and meaningful connection in a light-hearted way to guide women on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and embodiment.
