Slow down, soften, and reconnect in a women’s circle blending nervous system care, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
About this Event

The goal of this Women’s Circle is simple: to give your nervous system a place to land, your mind something nourishing to explore, and your heart a community of women who just get it.

When women come together with curiosity, warmth, and a little spiritual nerdiness, something special happens. Conversations deepen quickly. Shoulders drop. Laughter shows up in unexpected places.

Together, we’ll explore practical tools for emotional regulation, nervous system care, and energetic balance, while also giving ourselves permission to slow down and be human for a while.

Each evening blends grounding practices, gentle teaching, and guided experiences you can actually use in daily life. Think: nervous system tools, somatic practices, mindfulness, energy work, and meaningful conversation with thoughtful women who are probably asking the same questions about life that you are.

Every week you’ll also leave with a small surprise gift to support your practice at home.

In other words, this is part learning experience, part nervous-system spa night, and part gathering of women who would probably be friends if they happened to meet in the wild.

If you’ve been craving a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and spend time with thoughtful, spiritually curious women, this series was created with you in mind. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and we’ll take it from there.

THIS SIX-PART SERIES ALLOWS YOU TO ATTEND ALL SESSIONS OR SIMPLY CHOOSE THE WEEKS THAT RESONATE MOST WITH YOU.

Week One (4/22): Creating Inner Safety

We begin by creating the foundation for everything that follows: the experience of inner safety. In a world that constantly asks our nervous systems to stay on high alert, this evening focuses on remembering how to soften.

Through breathwork, grounding visualization, and gentle somatic awareness, we’ll begin recalibrating your nervous system toward steadiness and calm. Many women say this alone feels like taking a deep exhale they didn’t realize they were holding.

Week Two – 4/29/2026: Returning to the Body

Modern life trains us to live almost entirely in our heads. This week is an invitation to return to the quiet intelligence of the body.

Through simple awareness practices and gratitude for the body that carries you through life, we begin listening in a different way. You may notice tension you’ve been carrying, places asking for softness, and a surprising sense of relief when your body finally gets some attention and gratitude.

Week Three – 5/6/2026: Befriending Emotions

Many of us were never taught how to feel our emotions without being overwhelmed by them. This evening is about developing a new relationship with what you feel.

In small, supported doses, we practice noticing emotions with curiosity rather than urgency. Instead of pushing feelings away or getting swept up in them, we learn how to stay present, steady, and compassionate with ourselves.

Week 4 – 5/13/2026: Softening the Inner Critic

Most women carry an inner voice that is far harsher than anything they would ever say to a friend. This week is about gently rewriting that voice.

Inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), we explore the role of the inner critic with curiosity instead of resistance. You may discover that this voice has been trying to protect you all along, just in a slightly overzealous way.

Week 5 – 5/20/2026: Energetic Self-Care for Empaths

If you often feel other people’s emotions as if they were your own, this evening will feel especially supportive.

We explore practical ways to care for your energy, so your sensitivity becomes a strength rather than a source of exhaustion. You’ll learn what I like to call Empath First Aid: simple techniques for clearing, grounding, and resetting your energy so you can stay open without absorbing everything around you.

Week 6 – 5/27/2026: Chakra Alignment and Inner Balance

We close the series by bringing your whole system into harmony.

Moving through the seven primary chakras—from root to crown—we explore how your energetic system supports emotional balance, clarity, and a sense of connection to something larger than yourself. Through guided practice, we gently realign these energy centers, so you leave feeling centered, luminous, and deeply grounded.

Doors open at 6:00 pm, and we begin promptly at 6:10 pm so everyone can settle into the space together. I will provide a meditation cushion to sit on, but you are welcome to bring your own – and if sitting on a cushion is not comfortable for you, I will provide a folding chair.
