All women, and all experience levels are invited to attend Gracie Barra Southlake’s Women’s open mat and dinner. If you’ve ever wanted to try a martial art, just want to get on a mat or simply hangout and watch fellow supportive and fun ladies this is your chance to do so in a women’s only environment.The open mat will take place on January 30th, starting at 6:30pm and we will probably head to Delucca at or around 8-8:15pm.
All you need to do is let us know you’re coming-mostly for dinner reservations- and wear comfy clothing and if you want to, bring a water bottle.
We cannot wait to have you join us on the mat to make new friends and build new skills!
