🎭 The Art of Self-Sabotage — with humor, we’ll look at how we creatively delay the things we truly want.
🥇 A little light psychology — to remind us how to start small, without pressure, guilt, or “shoulds.”
🧴 And to end the day — a touch of aromatherapy:
we’ll craft a fragrant sachet that will uplift you and gently remind you — you’ve already started.
💌 We’re preparing a space where you can just exhale and be yourself.
