Please bring an open heart, a willingness to share, and a small item or intention to contribute to our ceremonial altar. Additionally, we recommend bringing a water bottle for hydration, a small pillow for your head, and an optional eye mask for comfort during meditation.
No experience necessary. All women are welcome! But you must register to join this event as we have limited spots available.
