This monthly sacred circle is a space for women, where we are reminded that all is welcome. Our voices, our successes, our imperfections. In this space, we support each other, without words or advice, but by holding space for one another. ‘The Magic of Women’ allows for each woman to feel seen, heard, and held in a safe and supportive space. Through a blend of self-exploration, breathwork, guided meditation, yoga, connection, and reflection, this circle will help cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and will create space to connect with your own strength, inner guidance and wisdom. Topics may include but are not limited to: self-esteem, self-love, authenticity, finding your voice, divine feminine embodiment, building resilience, and self-care and wellness.
‘The Magic of Women’ sacred circle is for women who are seeking connection, healing, personal growth, or a safe, supportive, and sacred space to simply be. Exactly as you are. Come together to unite, support, uplift, and empower one another.
