Join us on Friday, October 24th from 8-10pm for Women’s Embodiment Circle.
Women’s embodiment practices invite curiosity and praise of the beautiful creatures that we are. These practices span all belief systems and welcome women at any season in their life, by allowing each woman the opportunity to guide the depth of her own practice. Practices range from movement, to breath, to voice, and meditation.
When we meet in a circle to practice, the intensity of curiosity builds alongside the craving to be vulnerable around other women that we often keep hidden. Our vulnerabilities have been weaponized against us from an early age, oftentimes by other women, and it takes an act of bravery for most women to show up. BUT when they step into that bravery, they experience a deep connection to their womanhood that they always knew existed, yet had reservations about accessing.
You will leave feeling a sense of peace and awe at your own womanhood. You will have gained knowledge to connect with yourself whether you are gathered in a circle of women or sitting in stillness with yourself. Join us and allow yourself to be nourished by this monthly gathering.
