🌙 Women’s Cyclical Wellness Yoga 🌙Moving With the Moon, the Cycle, and the Seasons Within
Join us for a nourishing women’s wellness yoga class that honors the menstrual cycle, life phase transitions, and lunar rhythm as pathways back to embodied wisdom.
Each week, we align with the current phase of the moon and explore the corresponding archetypal inner season of the cycle—Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter—through yoga, breath, and gentle reflection. This practice supports regulation, intuitive awareness, and a deeper trust in the body’s natural rhythms.
✨ What we’ll explore:
• Moon phases and their relationship to the menstrual cycle
• Life phase transitions including menarche, reproductive years, perimenopause, menopause, & post-menopause
• Therapeutic yoga customized to each phase
• Honoring rest, vitality, expression, and release as equally valuable
• Reattuning to cyclicity as an innate, wise rhythm—not something to override
This class is for all women—whether you bleed monthly, are navigating hormonal transitions, or are post-menopausal. No prior knowledge of cycles or physiology is needed.

She is currently completing her doctoral studies in Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine and preparing to open a clinical practice in Summer 2026 offering acupuncture, herbal therapies, and integrative women’s health care.
