About this Event
Join us for a serene evening of mindfulness, movement, and meaningful connection. This FREE event is open to all women, even if you don't consider yourself a 'mama' in the traditional sense - I guarantee your motherly impact on this world is great.
Details:
- Date: Tuesday, April 14th
- Time: 7:15 pm - 8:45pm
- Location: Empowered Strength & Movement (5201 S Lois Ave, Unit E, Tampa, FL 33611)
- Donation: Suggested $10-25 (Venmo @hhembree) to support local families in need
What to Expect:-Gentle movement-Mindfulness exercises- Writing prompts/journaling- Discussion- Guided meditation
What to bring:- Yoga mat (or let me know if you need one)- Journal & pen- Any comfort items you prefer. (I will have plenty of yoga bolsters, cushions, blankets and floor seats with back support)-Open mind & heart
What to wear:- Comfy clothes. Yoga pants, loose shirt. Bring a sweater/comfy blanket if you get cold easily. Just an FYI, as your body relaxes, your body temp usually drops. We'll also be taking our shoes off, if you're comfortable with that.
