Together, we will explore what it means to fully embody our feminine power.

To live in deeper alignment with our wisdom and intuition.

And to gently release the limitations that may stand in the way of our fullest expansion.

Something beautiful happens when women gather in sisterhood.
There is a natural sense of recognition, connection, and support that allows each woman to soften, open, and grow.

This circle offers a space to reconnect with your body, your voice, and the deeper power that lives within you.

We will begin the gathering with an intentional cacao ceremony.

Ceremonial cacao is a gentle plant medicine traditionally used to support heart opening and emotional connection.

Drinking cacao together invites you to soften, drop into your body, and become more present to your inner experience.

In the circle, women are invited to share authentically and listen deeply.

We explore our relationship to our power, intuition, and feminine energy, while noticing anything that may be limiting or diminishing it.

There is something deeply healing in realizing we are not alone in what we carry.

You will be guided into a gentle somatic meditation, lying down in a comfortable position.

This guided journey invites you to connect with your body and inner wisdom, allowing anything that is ready to release or shift to do so naturally.

Women’s circles have existed across many cultures for centuries.

They are spaces where women gather to share, reflect, and reconnect with their inner wisdom in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

My name is Emilie, and I have been facilitating women’s circles and offering Feminine Somatic Coaching since 2017.

My work focuses on helping women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and the deeper intelligence that lives within them.

I am a deeply intuitive guide, and each circle is unique. I often speak to what is alive in the room, supporting women in gently meeting what is ready to be seen, felt, and transformed.

My approach is both deep and gentle, creating a space where women feel safe to open, explore, and reconnect with their inner power.
