Women’s Circle & Soundbath

Join us for a blend of soothing sound healing with a guided meditation followed with a gentle reflection circle, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to share, be heard, and simply be. Come as you are, no experience needed.

This a gathering place for women who are ready to feel something real. To meet in new ways.

To sit together in circle, share precious moments and have the conversations we rarely make space for in everyday life.

For our first Women’s Circle, we will be focusing on ‘GRATITUDE’ ~

Gratitude grounds us in the present moment, gently reminding us of the beauty that already exists within and around us

Time: 3:30pm - 5:00p (arrive 10-15 min early to park, use the bathroom and get settled in)

** Door closes at 3:25pm to avoid disruption to the session**

Please bring the following items:

• yoga mat (and extra cushion if needed)
• blanket
• pillow
• knee bolster (if needed)
• eye masks will be provided but bring your own if you prefer

While the experience is designed to be deeply relaxing, please listen to your body and honor your wellbeing. Please check with your healthcare provider before attending if you:

• are pregnant (first trimester)
• have a pacemaker
• have medical implants
• have sound sensitivity, tinnitus
• have seizures, or other health concerns
